12:30 p.m. Grounded in Gratitude: Yoga for All with Monica Simpson

Yoga came to Monica when she needed it the most. Through modifying her own practice, she was able to rehabilitate her body. Now she loves to share her joy of yoga with others and help them on their journey of self discovery. Come join us for an all levels class as we connect ourselves back to Earth and all she gives us.

1:30 p.m. Kai Moves with Kelly Atkinson

Kai is a barefoot movement practice that blends 21 moves designed to ground, energize and free up expression with Autgebtic Movement. Created and trademark by local teacher Kelly Atkins, Kai is offered worldwide and trainings are online and local. You can subscribe on the website to a community portal to access tons of videos and workshops as well.

2:30 p.m. Green Glow Flow with Senenity Tedesco

This all levels yoga class will open your heart and body while stretching, challenging, and inspiring you all at once. The sequence of postures will be earthly themed and focused on the heart chakra, the center for compassion for all living beings and our planet. Join us for this invigorating and fun flow with like-minded individuals! Serenity Tedesco is a certified yoga instructor with skills in vinyasa, hatha, and yin styles. She found her passion during her 1-year stay in India. Completely immersed in the culture, she was moved by the wisdom, community, and peace shared in the practice. Yoga is truly a moving meditation where an observant mind can grow by challenging physical and emotional boundaries. With consistent practice, yoga serves as a mental catalyst and gently sheds fear. As a teacher, Serenity’s goal is to share this experience in a warm, creative space for students to connect within themselves and honor their unique body.

3:30 p.m. Hatha Yoga with Lindsey Norton

Hatha yoga uses postures (asanas), breathing (pranayama), and meditation (dyana) with the goal being a calming, stress-relieving yoga class to stretch and strengthen the body. Asanas are practiced with attention to alignment and awareness of the breath and body. This class concentrates on physical and mental well-being, promoting strength, balance, and flexibility. Recommended for all levels looking for a relaxing, restorative experience.
